Symptoms of Sleep Problems

Everyone experiences occasional problems with sleep. A sleep disorder, however, is a chronic medical disorder of a person’s sleep patterns. On Average, 40 million Americans experience chronic and long term sleep disorders; 20 million more experience occasional sleep problems.
